Due to health regulations, Aqua de Vida will not accept any refunds or exchanges on any products due to change of mind. We hope you absolutely love your order, however, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at email@example.com within 5 working days of receiving your product and we will do our absolute best to resolve the matter quickly and effectively.
If the product has a defect or has been damaged during shipment, please email us immediately after receiving the product.
Any product that is found to be faulty or damaged during shipment will be fully refunded or replaced once we receive the goods in their original packaging. Any return shipping fees related to defected or damaged products will be covered by Aqua de Vida.
When a Replacement Product is arranged:
A replacement for the same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense after we have received your returned product. The delivery time for the replacement product will be the same as stated for the original product.
Proof of purchase:
We reserve the right to reject goods that are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 2 working days. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to purchase the goods. As soon as your return has been processed, we’ll email you to let you know. If you haven’t received this acknowledgement within 10 business days of posting your parcel to us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
